The D.I.D Guidebook? Yes, that is an actual book, never read it though. Can be found at any Barnes And Noble in the Psychology section.

I think its the D.I.D. Sourcebook... and that one is really pretty good although it does get clinical quite a lot.
But the best one I have read is "Got Parts?" by ATW I know you are all sick of hearing about it, but it has really been the best day to day reference I have found. with tips on how to get through work and school and just living with alters. Also the one I mentioned called "someone I know has Multiple personalities" that has really helped me understand my alters as it has descriptions of different alters and their needs, and tips on how to deal with and handle them, and even though it is aimed at family and friends of those with D.I.D it really has been quite useful to me.
There is another that might be good for you it is called "amongst ourselves" byTracy alderman and Karen Marshall, although I have not read all the way through this one, I don't know what it is about this book, but I had a difficult time with it. There are some good tips, but I think the DID sourcebook might be better.
Sorry I dont have any new recommendations... I am VERY behind on my DID reading list.
Ok bye.
