I have a non DID therapist and when I mean non, she knows very little. I have a DID Psychologist. I don't know if I should see them both. It is just making my head spin but they are both helpful in their own ways. I am usually rushed with my DID Psychologist. She is very busy. Anyway today I told her I didn't understand about how I can not just be having conflicting feelings within one identity and she said well we know you are multiple because of x,y,z but I don't want her to go by those symptoms because I don't think they are real. I think they were fabricated. Anyway she told me that I have acted (because I did as a child with a younger child) so I do have this sexual part because that one does want to do things like a sexual addiction but I don't want to do things because I have a conscience and don't want to hurt anyone again but that my sexual part comes to bat because I was abused and now have sexual issues and says I'm going to come to bat with that. I'm just so freaking confused about all of this and how she knows.

I aint even going to begin to tells you what to do. only yous can do that. its your body not mine and you knows why you want to be in therapy, yous knows what you want to do in therapy so you gots to decide for yourself.
you in a program right. group home program. maybe they can tells you what your special plans with them are. then do what they tells you to do.
maybe you can talk to your T an your psychologist and they can help you figure this out.
if they cant help yous to go with the plans they have you on. then you gots to make your own decision. maybe sit down an write what you want and why you wants to see or not see your T. then decide. pros and cons like.
