Introducing myself

The fact there's two (or more) of you is because of trauma, but it doesn't mean host is the real one and you're there for trauma only. You both (all) are parts of the person you were supposed to be when trauma interrupted your development, you all are equally important parts of whole you. In here most people do get it, we all are alters, including us who front a lot.

Agreed. Both of you (or all of you since I don't know how many are there) are equally valid and, more importantly, equally valuable. Just because some parts of us get more "attention" or "time out" than others, doesn't mean they are in any part more important. Please never think that. As Floralie said "In here most (if not all) people do get it" so if you need help, feel like venting or maybe just want to talk, we're all here and willing to listen/talk/help (or at least to try).
