Quiet Lately (A Writing, too)...

Sorry we've been kinda quiet lately. It's been kinda hard since Zor has discovered a bad thingy I went through for us. Also, trying to like make sense of how the inner world is getting less vivid, less real feeling, and less detailed like... and still trying to forge a life presence OUTSIDE... it's confusing, it's scary, and it's super hard.

I actually wrote this today about it. Thought I'd share cuz we've been so quiet lately. :) Just so everyone knows we're ok, even if hurting, and confused, and scared...

NOT UNBREAKABLE

I know I am not unbreakable...
because I have never felt more broken.

My whole world is falling apart,
and I don’t know which pieces I should hold.

I know I am not unbreakable...
because I feel like I am being torn apart.

There is so much pain inside of me,
and even if I could let go, would it really set me free?

I know I am not unbreakable...
because I have never felt more vulnerable.

My facade is wearing thin these days,
and my defenses are all down, do you see me?

I know I am not unbreakable...
because most of what I feel is scared.

There is so much emptiness and isolation,
and being caught between two lives is proof...

That I am not unbreakable...

Thanks... we're ok... sometimes getting things out is a huge help all itself. We are ok... just a hard time, and like some of us (cuz of the struggles inside and loss of inside some when getting more connected to the outside world) are backing off a bit and that's difficult... for them, for Zor (as host), and us all... Then the painful stuff... it's just a mess.

But we know it'll get better. Sharing is nice... and if that maybe resonates with someone else and gives them hope or comfort knowing they're not alone feeling like that, it's so worth it to me to share it. :)
