Counseling aware hidiness

I have to increase communication, so that my employer isn't accused of stealing because certain ones don't remember Highlighter convo . I can't keep blaming the floor and I didn't hear the other item that dropped to the floor thinking this is actually what happened. I must be allowed to use handouts markers pencils staplers without some of the asking. I've outed you enough not to be treated like a big ole crying baby!!
