We have a part that struggles with this. Left to their own devices they can be distructive. Things I use to distract them include: exercise & painting.
What are some positive things you do with the excess energy? - OB

Dancing and listening to music Cleaning house a walk with my dog but mostly that doenst work for the part with agiation. Do you know why your part is agitated?
