I Need Help (A new Personality "Found" me....Really BAD)

He kept bothering me nonstop and wouldn't stop saying that horrible stuff to me.Weirdo and Wolverine were mad at him and then he apparently got the hint to not say the stuff to me when they were around. He would still come over to creep me out though. Well in the morning, neither Weirdo or Wolverine were with me which is highly unusual(Not sure where they were. Maybe in their "rooms"?)- Each Personality has their own hallway branching off of the "main room", but I don't know where it leads.

The "Creepy" one realized they weren't with me and walked into the room to bother me. He instantly began saying that stuff. I told him that if he didn't stop that I would call one or maybe even both of the guys. I told him that he knows that they would make him stop. I asked him why he was the way he was. He refused to answer me and just kept it up. I was getting ready to call Weirdo because he was getting too close to me when I told him to stay back. Then for some reason- not sure if he sent me the reason, someone else did, or I realized myself why he was doing this.

I said, I know why you're doing this. He laughed like I didn't. Apparently he felt hated and unloved. He had a strange look on his face when I said it. He tried to deny it. He then acted as if I didn't say anything at all. I told him I'm very sorry that he feels the way he does. He stopped in his tracks and stared at me. He finally began talking- although he would still say the inappropriate stuff. He didn't have a name, so I named him "David". He was shocked by that. I all of a sudden could feel his "pain" it felt as if he was going to cry. He told me he is sorry and he is SO ashamed.

David cried and said that he is pathetic. He said that grown men don't cry, but it was alright for me to cry since I'm female. I told him that wasn't true. I told him that he could cry in front of me, because we ALL have our own problems, and I understand.

I think he either could have or is getting another appearance- since I managed to reach him (I saw it flicker into view for a few seconds before it returned to the "creepy" one)

David apologized for talking to me the way he did, He's trying to stop doing that now- although he's having some problems. At least he is working on it now though and apologizes to me when he lets something like that slip out. If he keeps doing it, he apologizes again and walks away.

Sounds like great progress! It's nice to hear about things like that--it gives me a lot of hope.

We had some good news with our dark one yesterday as well. Our month long truce was up, but she was willing to extend it. She is also talking to me more and about more positive things. I really think in time she has potential to be just as much of a positive influence for the system as she used to influence darkness. A real pendulum swing!

Maria- Hallo! Im having the same problem as you. There's an evil voice or alter inside that keeps trying to take over. Everytime that happens I get impulses in my hands almost as if I'm a puppet being pulled by the strings. He/she is very strong and basically screams in my head whenever I try talking to the others.

They say things (especially when I'm near a computer because they type to me in a word document) "You suck at writing." "Just shut up nobody wants you. Nobody needs you." "Stop talking youre a nusiance" "Just go to hell!" "Kill yourself!" He or she even goes so fa as to try and indulge in self destructive behaviors which is what scares me the most.

It is very depressing especially cause I'm trying to find out what's wrong with me and why I hear their voice over the positive voices in my head. Its been a very rough time for me these past couple of months. They've probably been the worst couple of months I've ever experienced. I don't really know how to encourage you or support you but I can give advice on how to deal with a bad persona. If you must and I mean MUST confront them about the issue bring the protectors along with you. They are there for a reason. I told my ex to picture a shield/forcefield around themselves when going into what I call the "mind space" around negative, destructive and unknown alters. It also helps to meditate before entering the "mind space" as it calms your nerves and prevents negative energies from penetrating your positive vibes. I always listen to music (mostly K-Pop and J-Pop ) to relax myself when trying to confront my inner selves. I still can't get a clear message across to whatever is trying to lash out at me but it helps to quiet my mind and distract me from all the hurtful things the bad voice does to me.
