Old host vs new host ...i need some help

I'm having a hard time because the alt that I used to be the most kind of got pushed to the side after trauma and then a new alt that's kind of been here but finally is forming is taking center stage but I also need the old alt that I used to be the most...im ok with both but there's always a little conflict but the funny thing is the conflict isnt between each other person the conflict is in how the system needs to move and behave. My one alt really is the person that allows us to have stability and feel safe. Other alt is Amazing but doesn't allow me to have the stability we need because the new host doesn't really work that well in the other host system. Or then something will happen in that other whole system and then I'll automatically go to her and she isn't available without a full switch.

I'm still trying to figure this out so I apologize if what I'm saying sounds kind of strange you're not quite cracked it's new to me too. But I'm having a hard time with host and if anybody can help me understand host their jobs and fronting and point me in the right direction of post that can basically spell it out for me that would really really be helpful thank you

I don't quite understand what you're getting at.

It's my understanding that the host is the person who fronts the most of the time. Is that what you mean when you say "host?"

And the issue is that you have two parts who both want to host, but you can't figure out which one SHOULD be the main host?
