Like lately our littles have been into a different cartoon series (My Little Pony : Equestria Girls) so they start playing songs from the shows, or just the theme or whatever, when they want to watch that. It can get a bit annoying lol.
Or V2, when she's coconsious but not fronting, will almost always have her music playing in our head, until I finally turn on the radio or whatever. Put on Spotify or play one of her playlists.

thanks for the reply <3
this is very close to how stuff works for me aswell, i thought i was going crazy at one point o.o really nice to hear someone experiences the same stuff ^~^ sometimes i don't even know what music to put on as it feels like multiple parts off my head or something want different things on and sometimes is super hard to figure out what i actually wanna listen to. i end up just putting on anything normally.

I would be like ticked off if Zor went and blasted stuff like super loud to try and drown me (or any of the others) out like that. You might wanna talk to the others, or write for them to see, and ask why they are communicating like that before just trying to ignore them. We all exist in our system, part of the whole, for a reason and ignoring any part/parts just cuz is probably gonna lead to problems at some point.

Yep! Part of why Britney was a problem for me, and resented and hated me so much, and why it was hard to work with later...was because I tried to lock her up and ignored her so much.

I just sing in my head along to the radio or whatever. My brain is pretty quiet though generally. I've used singing, meditation and spacing out to have a pretty quiet internal environment. If it gets noisy I worry of a breakdown. Most of mine are pretty sane and rational, just use the body to live different bits of life but there are crazies in here too and they're my main issue. They have the music playing internally constantly I think so that's how they give us less issue. If they audible then it can cause problems. They make up weird stuff and attribute it to life which is how at one point I was diagnosed schizoid but now I know they're just making up their stories - and to be fair they make up great stories - the rest deal with it by being sane and rational. If the crazies take over or the others go quiet that can cause issue.

They just sing along mostly if they know the lyrics and they like the song.
I don't know if this happens for a lot of people, but for me it's not possible "to drown them out" (not that i'd want to, I think at this point i'd just be doing far more damage to us all if i ignored them)
