Not being able to talk

Its different to not being able to talk but might be relevant. When we don't want to talk about a subject Z will often takeover for us and give what I always think of as politicians answers. She will evade and talk around a subject or answer the question she wants not the one asked. Most people don't even realise when we have done it so I guess sometimes we use words to not talk about things
