Thank You All For the Happy Birthday Wishes !
I went out to dinner with friends and had my Favorite Birthday Dish Beans, ice and Cheese Enchiladas. They made me wear the Big Mexican Hat and all sang Happy Birthday,. They did the same to 2 other people as well oi it was nice to share birthdays with others.
My friends got me some Pajamas that said "I Need Space" ironically. lol
came home and went to bed.
To Ladyslippers- That's awesome that your friend is going to the Conference too! Last Years helped me so much, it was really very well worth the effort to go. This year I really look forward to hearing Gabor Mate speak. The other day I spend most of it watching his interviews on Youtube.
Coincidentally my Old Friend from 3rd grade also called me that same day too. One of Gabor's lectures about trauma and addiction he focused on the life of John Lennon. My Friend was Joe Walsh's drummer for 20 years and 5 years ago they got me up to Portland to see them play and the following morning at breakfast, the band spent much time talking about the era when John Lennon, Keith Moon , and Joe Walsh all used to party insanely hard together which was mentioned in Joe's song "Life's been good so far". "tear up the hotel rooms and the lawyer's would pay for it all".
