imprints of a non-relevalt place linked to current happening

Wondering if anyone else gets this. when i get into a certain frame of mind/do certain things, a mental image of a specific place comes to mind. think of it this way: let's say that every time you rode your bike, you got a vision in your headspace of a specific kitchen somewhere.

The locations are not linked to the actual thing that triggers them, but they are strong. very strong and consistent and seemingly not connected in any way to the action. Any relateability out there? probably linked to my brain's synesthesia; that too is strong and consistent.

a theory: an aspect or fragment (or even an alter) that somehow vividly and forefrontedly became present in those specific locations for whatever reason. because they are always locations that i have been to in a physical-presence sense, but not locations where anything abusive or even anything particularly significant took place.

Is the mental imagery always provoked by a certain somatic experience?

I'd just pick out food is to recreation tell them that you are escaping to outdoor. Sure you can stay and find out what is happening in the kitchen in case you all meet someone riding bikes. It says in the kitchen to give you break until later on until it is more like you.
