Any tips for how to keep a routine? I have a new partner (about 6 months) and he has a weird sleep schedule and it's throwing me off so I go to bed late and sleep in a lot, so I lose a big chunk of my time when I might usually be working from home or having alone time, and I think contributing to feeling more depressed. I really struggle to do things for myself when he is around because I am hyper attuned to his needs.

to me that sounds like your problem is not one of finding a routine, but one of boundaries.
you need to be (and stay) attuned to yourself first before you offer that to a partner. if you get your person entangled with his person it will cost you you.
I would start by writing down my own needs. and set limitations to my willingness to adapt to the partner. that needs to happen first. to know where I am, and where he is, and to know that we are not the same person. and then the negotiations about compromises can start.
find solid ground where you can stand for yourself first.
