Good I'm so excited to get replies. OAN(On another note) Don't you know any bit of suspicion adds to the switching and untrust of folks. I'm so glad you all didn't allow that to stop you! If it has it don't be guilty it suppose to be long arduous process not to be rushed by anyone. Anybody knows me knows my cult story.

A similar one is talked about with someone at 3 Hearts Church, just youtube it. At your leisure is not asking for any follows and it is not me

Not sure it these are 'life skills' but our T has taught us visualization exercises we use to stay grounded and other healthy things (like knowing when to reach out for help). Without them we would be in hospital a good deal more than we have been.

As u age, a need for hospitalization goes away the dependcy is not really what the aim is probably in my opinion the long term. It is the journey of finding out who had you in instances where a why question etc needed to be answered.
