Now this is the most frustrating moment after therapy session that whatever i did in therapy ends in vein.afer each session i have a hope that i can make it to 1 or 2 months.but i cant.I tried everytging i am frustrated..so much..i feel like so much irritated u know i had tried even more than thoidand ways.
do u have any suggestions what should i do?
end therapy terminate therapy or find a new therapist..
or what..?
just went through two or three months without yherapy and refresh my mind from therapeutic commitments and start again..?
how do i tackle this big obstacle in front of me..?

to be honest I think emptiness is a chronic problem for a lot of us.

People stole what was good, and gave us what was bad. I am not sure how to overcome it either. Validation and attention makes you feel full for moments, but it is fleeting.

I think long term regular and frequent therapy would be the way to fix it but I don't know, we aren't on the other side of this either.

Is there any thing that helps to fill the void?
keep ya head up, Don't let up, keep slayin em

nooo.nothing seems to help.when i am overstressed i shut down.then i feel empty.means i dont want to do anything.mymind is void.Like i dont want to Read,i dont want to find informations,i dont want to speak.i dont have anything in my mind.a deathy feeling..

Therapy only helps.but how long one can be depended on therapy.i am near 2 ,year inside therapy.and i feel lost.like apart from the temperory relief therapy sucks...
