Hi, I've posted before about dormant alters but it seems no amount of prompting is making them communicate with me again. I have my normal every day time lapses where I depersonalize and experience derealization as well but I haven't switched minus a few times I can think of over the past like half a year and I was wondering if there's anything else I can do to make them at least feel safe to come out again. I've tried writing them like I have in the past to start communication going on but they haven't replied so far as I know and I just feel really lost and alone.

If anyone can help or has literally anything they can input I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks, the Host

Hi,
Sounds awful! They may be in there trying to communicate with you too and can't. On another thread we were talking about how some meds shut systems down. And sometimes unsafe people are around all the time so systems have to stay hiding. Maybe they only come out when they are triggered.
We stayed pretty stealth for years. We had a whole clean up crew who erased all traces of us - writing, drawing, and stuff. They made it so Host never had any evidence of anything going on (but he kind of felt something was happening and started thinking he was crazy).
Just some ideas. Hope it gets better for everybody.

When they say 'be yourself',
which one do they mean?
