Welcome to the DID Forum.

No, not as far as I know. Is that your current situation? Perhaps introduce yourself?
In the almost 7 years I have been here, not one poster has reported a formal dual diagnosis of DID and schizophrenia. There have been many posters diagnosed with DID who formerly were diagnosed with schizophrenia (and treatment for schizophrenia did not help them). There have been many posters whose mental health care providers were not equipped to make the differential diagnosis between DID and schizophrenia. For those reasons we have several old threads on exactly this question:
DID Forum: is it possible to have DID and Schizophrenia? (crossposted)DID Forum: Differential diagnosis: DID vs schizophrenia

I am not diagnosed with DID yet (but am in the process, still, of trying) but I know that co-morbid diagnoses are very common with mental illness in general. For example, a very commonly seen example would be with depression and anxiety - of course DID and schizophrenia would be less commonly diagnosed disorders but that doesn't exclude them from having the same possibility of comorbidity. For example I have quite a few diagnoses (borderline personality disorder, schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD and anorexia nervosa purging subtype) so if it makes you feel any better just know you're definitely not alone in struggling with more than one thing.
Take care,
Host
