Hanging out with acquaintances and their faces started becoming me or I started becoming them. Or maybe not my face (since my Face seems to change) but a perception or memory of my face and I started to get confused who was who and who was me. And very scared. Lots of thinking. Amazed that I typed this. The rest (does not seem like/is not) mine. And... if it's all fake? Why is this kind of thing happening?
Is that described above even a "dissociative" symptom? If not, please point me in the right direction. Part of me thinks it might actually be spiritual/religious

I would probably be the weirdest at answering this because I got an early correct dx's. I would assume it happens along the lines of this. Are you going to go back for more knowledge for the dx'er? It could be just that you are getting worse it could be more of a issue of getting better at grounding staying present. I just read into that but also remember sometimes you get misdiagnosed then end up being another person although with a voice not of your own. Then you remember that there was involvement in some way but previously forgotten.
