Not Sure What To Do

Hello Everyone
This is GrayWolf I am not sure what to do about something I am in a play at my day program about superheros that go to a doctor to get their powers taken away. My character doesn't trust the doctor at all and keeps their power which is hiding in the shadows. Now here is my problem with things while I am studying my lines my internal beings(alters) will come out and take control. Though there is nothing triggering about the play so it is making it really hard for me to learn my lines. And I need to learn them by some time in June that's when the play is. I would love to have all my lines memorized by the time of the play but I'm not sure if that is possible. I have no idea what to do about all of this even the littles will come out and put cartoons on either the TV or Netflix or Hulu. And not leave until they are ready for bed I have tried talking to them but they all think I need to take breaks from studying. Which I do for I write stories and poetry as well and I'll write for an hour then study my lines for a while and talk with some friends on the phone. Told T about it she told them that when I'm studying my lines for the play that I'm to be left alone. That I'm fine T looked over the script she said there is nothing that is a trigger for me so it's safe for me to study. To just let me learn my lines but they still come out and take control over things while I'm studying my lines. I just don't know what to do any advice will be great thank you.

What to do? Negotiate?

Are you reading your lines in a room where there is a computer or TV? If so, do it somewhere else, in a room without computer or TV, or outside. In a garden. On a park bench. In an empty meeting room. And then go somewhere else to let the insiders enjoy their pursuits.
