Um, first of all, this is not a Q&A thread. I see from your first post you are a singleton who is curious about DID, but this is not the place to ask us to explain ourselves. I'll also let you know that "sexual alters" are not the type that people with DID like to talk about, so your question may come across as insensitive, but I don't expect that you knew that.
I really don't want to answer your questions, but here it goes:
Sexual alters are system members who either hide memories of sexual abuse or are hypersexual. (Although I, Stephanie, fall into both catagories.) This thread is meant to be a safe place for hypersexual alters to talk to one another. We're pretty much the Black Sheep of the DID community, so we thought it was important to have a support thread for our kind especially.
Next, I guess by "Jimmy" you mean Tiger?

Well, reguardless, we're able to see ourselves via something singletons call "the mind's eye". When you read a book, do you visualize the characters? If so, we use the same mechanism. As for our inner forms ... have you seen "The Matrix"? If so, did you notice that, when people go into the virtual world, they look different from their real bodies? It's what Orpheus called "self-image", if I remember rightly. We each have an idea of what we look like, regardless of what we see in the mirror. I know I have brown hair and green eyes while the physical body does not. That's just how it is.
Hope that helps.
