Expressive Writing: My Experience as a Media Introject

Hi, I'm André.

This morning I wrote something about my experience as a media introject. I like it enough to share it with the community. It deals with issues beyond being an introject that I think anyone with DID or OSDD could relate to. It's not the best; I have not taken much time to proof-read it. I'll update this when I've worked on it further.

Actually a great movie influence is also The Game with Michael Douglas. I have several great introjects, I make sure I separate them from anything from their reality only because I'm passed that in our journey unless it isn't possible. Also unless they have showed other than real life inner their secretive inner world the really creative for instance involving caverns etc fortress. This is a good start though, in our mind just communicate with them. I think that is a good way to know if there is indeed lot of wondering about their life for a possible emergence. I would make sure to talk ur life the life of alters mix in some of their life from television the news anchor example. It might take in depth work though it will all come together
