I recently started participating a little here after some years of absence. TIme fies

For those of you who don't know us, we're a small system form the UK. The body is thirty-something, female. Nice to meet you.
We are doing good.
Most of us are openly ourselves with our husband, therapist and close friends and camouflaged in other walks of life.
We've been regularly attending a peer support group not too far away for the past few years and are lucky to have a large support network of friends, many of whom are multiple themselves.
We're working to integrate our history but not our selves and a lot of us have gained and are still gaining more improved coping skills which makes life a lot easier.

Many of us who didn't use to, have developed a taste for spending time fronting, so sharing time is quite the high wire act these days (even though we're not a large system) but it's absolutely worthwhile.
Watching our internal youngsters (some of whom used to act persecutory) develop and begin to thrive has been really affirming. Shows me we're on the right path for us

Unbelievable to think we're 4 years into therapy. We're still with the same T and most everybody in here has a good level of trust with her now. Some people who've struggled to reach out are finally attending sessions and with her help are learning new ways to cope. Which is just as well because a number of our boys are still struggling with violent behaviours.
We're still in the same full-time office (IT) role, married to the same dude (happily child free). The biggest difference is that we own an awful lot of toys now. LOL
Good to be back
