Can you call someone to talk instead of self harming? Is there like a number to call where you are?
I know you're worried about stuff but maybe you can think about it later when you feel better. Got to get the confusion down first. Grounding is totally good. I'm glad someone in your system is helping. That's super important.
We have a good T. They aren't ALL bad. She really helps us.
Good luck.

Iain, I was going to PM you, bit the option isn't there.
Also, no one but my wife and mother know really, so no one to call, as I think my mother is alseep. My wife just got home, but I don't want to upset her or ruin her mood....

Sorry. Our protectors won't let us PM. It's just a thing. Nothing personal.
Sounds like you are trying so hard not to bother anybody that you're hurting yourself. That's a pretty lonely place. Sometimes we need other people. That's just how it is. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Everybody gets there sometime.
We have to go to work now. Take care of yourself. Let me know how it goes ok?
