just curious but what exactly did josh say?? How is he going to "get rid of you?" Is there an alter that he trusts that could speak with him and let him know that its not a good idea to integrate without consent or lock alters up permanently. He will just have to go back and undo that painful work and start further back to really heal. Is there anyways you could get josh to speak to us?I hope you are not gone completly because it sounds like you dont want it and are not consenting therefore it is not a true integration. its just going to cause more stress and damage within the system. good luck kaizo.

Agree with all who have posted here. Try and communicate with Josh. Why is he trying to get rid of all of you? Is he going through something rough right now that he doesn't want to remember? Is there any way the other alters and you can surround him and let him know that he's not alone, that you won't hurt him, that you only want the best for all of you?
