HI, I am new here first off, and I would like some advice, I have friend who I believe to have DID and I have apparently made an alter mad with me. As far as I know he is the protector and I have made him mad. When I first met him he didn't like me but I befriended him. But a couple days ago I met more alters and it deeply confused me so I did a lot of searching on the internet where I found DID. I told her about it and it hurt her and I instantly apologized many times and have been forgiven by all of them except Damian (the protector). Damian and I got a long pretty well after our first interaction and now I am afraid that I have screwed things up. Now he wants to talk to me tonight and I believe he is going to tear me a new one. I just want to be friends with him again and have everything be okay. I am afraid that he is not going to listen to me and just end up hating me making it difficult to be friends with her. I do know that he feels as though I betrayed him by bringing up DID and feels as though I don't think he is a person, which Is false. Any advice would help. Thanks.

One question, though: Is this an online-only relationship?
