Intervening in my business

Okay so I have been in this really bad fight with a guy for the last couple of days. Most of my Alters have decided they don't like him very much. Well I have been attempting to work it out with him, and he knows (but doesn't believe in) my DID, but every single time i try to text him one of my more angry alters pushes their way out and threatens him. This causes him to get even more upset and angry with me, when it isn't my fault, he just doesn't understand that i am not saying those things. We are constantly fighting and it is bad because we have caused some of the little to get really upset and one of them was pushed out last night and she started crying. She ended up Facebook messaging one of my close friends who knows and he comforted her and helped her through it. We had given the body a horrible headache that she couldn't seem to deal with. I felt so bad and I don't want it to happen again. I have tried calmly talking to them, yelling at them, threatening them, locking them up. They just wont stop pushing their way out and fighting with me. I think they are trying to protect me because I have had my heart broken in the past, but I want to handle this myself. What do I do?

Put down the cell phone and stop texting. Period.

To clarify, I do mean work it out with him but not via text. Even in the best circumstances, without interference, texting is not appropriate for this sort of communication.

That is v tough and I'm really sorry you are going through it. I have had friends my alters did not like and have ultimately concluded they probably see something about this person that I do not. Try to rexamine the situation from their point of view if you can.

The first thing I noticed about your story was that you said he did not believe in your DID. That has always been a red flag for me. If someone does not respect them enough to take their word for something then maybe they are not meant to be friends at all.

After almost a full day of fighting with my Alters they have convinced me that he is not a good person to be around. He is in another state so it is hard to communicate often other than text (I move a lot). The others have agreed to stop fronting until I can figure out how to appropriatly cut ties with him. Thankfully it worked out becuase I really didnt want to scare the littles any more. Thank you for your advice. I took all 3 ideas and used them to my advantage.
