I know Alex really wants to talk to my T because she saw how she made Kenzie feel better. So I gotta do this. It's probably going to take more than one try, but I will do it, somehow I will.

It doesn't seem to be a problem for most to come out in my case...me tolerating it is an entirely different story.

I'm sure you will be able to do it. It will be fine.

The trick here is simply to try doing it. This is something we all learn to do by doing. At first we do it badly, and we can manage it for only very brief durations. But with practice it gets easier and easier. We get stronger and more adept.

If you guys focus on it and try then dit gets better.
It's not always easy for me and in the end one of us ends up being in full control, kicking thr other one out, but I think it gets better after a while

Right now I am practicing just calling them to me in various ways. Trying to figure out which works best. The last 2-3 nights i've asked them to give me some room because i'm overwhelmed and trying to figure it all out. Mt T told me to slow down that I was going too fast. (Had a major breakdown in her office last session). So they listened to me and gave me some peace. I have to find the right place and the right time to give this a shot. I'm feeling a lot more confident because of all the posts and ecouragement from my T.

Thank you all so much, your input has been very valuable to me. You ya'll are wonderful people.

am4kds, thank you for letting me hijack your thread and not getting mad at me, that was really nice of you. I owe you one!
