Hi Iain. Sorry you're not feeling well and I know how you feel about needles. I hate them so I hate getting shots at the doctor's office. Something that helps me is thinking that the shot will only last a second and then it'll be done. I also get the feeling like I want to punch something or throw a fit but something that prevents me from doing it is thinking of the cons of the actions and reminding myself that the nurses are just doing their job. Maybe bring something to distract yourself with during the shots so you're not focused on it?

I'm sorry your heart's sick and I hope it gets better soon. Tests? what kind of tests? I thought you do tests in school? I dont like needles either. They hurt.
