Hi :) / psych assement.

Hello all,

I have finally gotten our psych assessment set up for this week.
I am ready to do this so we will doubt the truth less.
I am very nervous. I know it is time to do this, so we can move on with our life.
Our system has been very frantic this week, from the extra stress, but, I am excited in a way. I am ready!

The interview went well. We talked about the DID and ruling out the bipolar diagnosis. The stress level was terrible this morning, lots of bad thoughts...
Luckily I have a great therapist and his write up, that I had sent over, saved her asking me a lot of questions.

It ended up being only the beginning interview though... I have to wait a week or so now for the insurance approval for the actual testing, but the doctor said there should be no problems there.
I assume it will be the SCID- D, but didnt ask. We wanted to ask, but someone held it back

I am going out hiking with a friend later, so I hope I can clear my mind and get all the stress down.

We're glad it seemed to go ok. Hiking sounds great, I remember that feeling where you need to do something like walking but want to do nothing that requires any thought....have a great time

Hiking was fun. It really helps us clear our head. It has really helped us through this, walking and thinking. Thanks Debetolie.

It has been hard this week. It seems that the abuser alts are getting desperate and have let everything loose these past days. I missed school yesterday. It was not a good day.

We met some alters last night. They are good ones. They help us.
