Host problems

I am really annoyed with the host. I think she is incompetent and not a good choice for host. She is too weak and cries too easily. She can't even take criticism and needs either Allison or I to take over so she doesn't have to hear it. It just frustrates me that she can't seem to do simple tasks anymore without our help. She can't even go to sleep without us coaching her on how to meditate before sleeping. I hate it. I hate it. Please someone help me get a hold of this problem. I do t care what it is, I just need someone to respond.

What are her Strengths?

I don't know...right now all I can think about is her flaws and how she needs to let us take over more often because she needs to rest.

Depending on what role you and Allison see yourselves as being to your host, there are a few options. Have you or Allison made an agreement with your host to take over in times of stress, confusion, and/or conflict? What sort of relationship do you have with your host? What are the limitations and boundaries with that relationship?

Well, the Alyssa, the one who posted originally, and I have agreed to talk to our host about that, but she is impatient and just wanted more time out. She got that last night and she has calmed down a bit. She just wants to make sure it's safe for all of us, but when the host doesn't allow her out it really frustrates her. I think the limitation with us fronting is that the host doesn't remember we were even out and that frustrates her. So right now it is kind of a lose lose situation.
I'm not emotional. I just want this to be solved now.
