Littles?

What is a little? I have heard it in a blog post, and on a very big post called "For the Littles". so, what is a little?

Littles, by definition, is an alter 8 or under. However they don't necessarily have to be 8 or under by age, it can be their mental age that makes them a little.

Oh ok. So Randy is a little, until October 7th (He wants me to emphasize that. It is his birthday. He will not let me forget)
