Finally outed myself to my T

Hi,

Managed to speak to my therapist about my other parts this week following some pretty harsh times and to describe to her these parts.

I even wrote her a letter that uses the words dissociative identity disorder and gave it to her.

The part that presents to her is in real denial and thinks this is all a fantasy so it was a big step.

She took it on herself to explain what I'm doing as a valid and creative defence system and to try and help me accept it.

It's feels good that she understands and is empathetic, a real burden lifted though I'm nervous about meeting her next week now with her knowing this.
