Therapist online

Hi everyone,

I think I might have a dissociative disorder. I live in a development country. There are good psychologists here but it is very hard to find a specialist in dissociative disorders, if any. I have tried for some time to find one but failed so far. Are there good paid therapists online? I know it is not the best option but that is what i can think of now for a quick opinion if I show dissociative symptoms and then see what I can do further.

Some therapists do work with DID clients by telephone or online. Video conferencing with Skype seems to be popular. Do a web search.

Does any member of ISSTD (isst-d.org) live in your country or speak your language? The website has a "Find a therapist" search page.

You could also always just try talking to someone living wit DID. They tend to give some pretty good insight.
