Anyone try anything like muscle relaxers to slow down switching personalities?

I take a muscle relaxer for muscle spasms. It doesn't do anything for switching. However, I started propranolol as a migraine preventative and it has reduced my anxiety. If you switch due to anxiety, you might try propranolol, benzos, or visteril.
