I have read here a few times about insiders having a buddy or pairing insiders together....
What does that mean?
Can someone explain it?

It means two people take the body at the same time
or that you take on a constant companion inside.
Birch and I spend most of our time together, both inside and out

As explained above. We always have two paired with each other. Like Ru and I together, Plan and Elias, Elliot and Walt, Stephen and Corino, Hayner and Clayde, and now Dale but he's usually with Stephen or Plan.
