Newbie here

Hi all,

I thought I'd say hi, I'm newly dx'd as DID, and I'm currently trying to get my head around changing from 'hide at all costs' to 'being open in the right place may be useful'

Was working through trauma using EMDR but alters were blocking progress so we're currently working on identifying and meeting/introducing therapist to them and each other and me...

It's quite scary posting this, so I wont say any more for now, thanks for reading

Welcome! This is a great place to allow yourself to be known. It's a scary thing for people with DID. It will help you learn more about your selves and help with therapy. This is a great support network, as we all are in the same boat.
