Jack: The headaches just happened one day. Usually we can easily switch in and out and Liam has full control of it. There have been no headaches associated with switching in the past up until today. It doesn't seem to just be new alters like we originally thought that cause the headaches, it seems to be everyone now. I don't know how they started or what could have originally caused them, any ideas? It is really scaring me because they put him in so much pain and I keep hearing a voice say his name before he switches. It seems like no one else hears the voice say Liam's name, but me.

Headaches are often associated with fighting the switching. Pay attention. Maybe someone is fighting this now.

Jack: You are right Liam is fighting switching. We don't know what would make him cause to fight it now because he has been pretty compliant before. I think we might to make new rules about new alters and switching. Pretty much have an inner world group meeting to get the laws written down since the old laws seem to be forgotten.

London: Hello everyone I am London. We did make rules today so we can now function. We do now have to ask before we switch if Liam is out. Liam usually makes compromises with us like right now I can go on the forum, but then I need to let him read for a few minutes after. It is a very good compromise and it seems to be working. The littles are very talkative, but they understand sometimes it is quiet time and they need to be quiet. They can play when they get home or when we play games at school. Things are calmer because of our new rules.
