Apologies. *slight trigger warning*

Postby brokenheart » Wed May 15, 2013 11:26 pm

I just wanted to say we're sorry we haven't been posting more, for anyone who likes us. It's just that we haven't had the time to, as we haven't had our phone back and we've been forced to type on the iPad and several different computers at school.
We've been dealing with my newly developed anorexia(?), system stuff in general, a few new alters *trigger warning* (I wanna say hi!!! Hi my name's cyan. I got operated on too like Shadow did (on the inside) and I can run and do stuff really fast! :D    I like running!!!) *end trigger warning*
So, there's cyan, gumba (a little girl of about three who loves huggles and the color pink. She wears a cute little penguin suit on the inside, it's adorable...) Skyla (she's not exactly new, but).
Nothing really new, I'm dealing with some self-esteem problems and Shadow's dealing with anger management issues, so pretty much, sort of an update...

Anorexia is a b*tch. Ahem. Fight it, fight it, fight it. Don't let it get its claws in too deep. I'd make it a priority to work on, amongst you all. Once you go down that road, everything goes wonky. Please fight it...

we enjoy your posting. as it has been said by others, we sincerely hope you will fight anorexia before it becomes your goliath. the sooner you take stand against it is in your best interest. this is a very unforgiving illness. the longer it remains the more it will take from you and yours. the security is a false promise. anorexia is a monster behind a mask. you are in our thoughts. greetings of course to those who are new. many blessings to you.

I agree with the others, stop the anorexia before it takes you over. Of all my 'coping mechanisms' anorexia was worst, and I never ever want to go back there. I didn't know I had it until I had recovered, you have a good chance if you already know what it is. If you have anyone in your life you can trust, please tell them about it. It loses some of it's power if its not a secret.

I didn't know this many people liked me. Hello to everyone. Hi bourbon, LittleRedDogToo, galaxy and the Ells (sending our respects and good wishes, of course), and Ruby.
If you look at it from a physiological standpoint, it's actually quite a good coping mechanism. Quite distracting, really.
To bourbon: I'll try my hardest and tell some of my closest friends with DID, since they're most likely to understand.
I promise I'll try. I feel sort of bad now...

you should not shame yourselves for this hun. you did not ask for anorexia. it came to you in places of darkness. anorexia is a powerful mechanism for distraction. in reality it only covers troubles with a blanket while they fester. you all deserve true peace for your souls. take care.

hello to you. ah, we think of you fondly. there is no disgrace in suffering. often i have chose this. it is thought true happiness is worth chasing, but i think it not found by running. so is the anorexia - to walk out from misery only to meet misery under a different name.

In this starvation the season of death comes. It is to be caught under ice, locked in a room, playing petty games dealing flesh and sorrow. I hope you take what strength offers and break free. With the proper tools and allies, you would fight for your life.

yes! fight with swords raised and teeth bared!
and sharpened hungry claws!
i could take to the drum for playing your war song!

Hey sweetie,

Anorexia is a way to control life when it seems to run out of hand-
amongst other things

but it s no solution.

I tried to keep losin weight not realisin I was losin strenght too.

And you SO need your strength.

You can t do this on your own, and I think fightin can make it worse. Is there anyone, anyone at all who can support you and help you through this?

Sendin you gentle hugs and the strength to continue for another day

Your words show you as a woman of strength. At this time you feel less so, as life at turns spirals down. I know some might speak of anorexia as weakness, but I do not. It is a cleansing of the heart. Of course to do it thus is to cleanse by fire. It is sorrowful perhaps, but unwavering. You might allow yourself to take inventory of emotions and experience it thus - to rage or weep on the knees. Once I thought to invite emotion as weakness, but this has become a part of my strength: a strength less brittle, less narrow. Comfort of an illusion fractures easily, as with the anorexia.
Magdella a'Lilit

we thank you for this compliment, though we are uncertain if it is deserved.
