Now to my post

well found out we had a giant mutated blob called the 'creature' it was hidden by spirit and death
It was a part that forced stolen parts to integrate creating a horrifying creature. and a lot of damage to the system.

I'm not afraid or freaking out I know a lot of people have collectives in poly-fragmented systems but this one struck me as odd.
This creature would create/use fragments to make monsters to collect alters to integrate.
But forced integration never works. so the outer reaches went practically dangerous filled with with dangerous negative alters attracted to the negativity of being forced upon the stolen parts. Even helping the creature.

This 'Creature' is being slowly split apart and the breeding mermaids gladly allowed there eggs to be filled with these parts for a chance to lead a happy life internally and the peaceful setting the mermaids live in. with the networks allowing them to figure what part they were stolen from.

So yeah my question again anyone has anyone had similar experience with a collecting collective forcing parts together? What form did they Take and how did the system cope and help them?

I haven't experienced anything like this, but it sounds really damaging so I hope you can find a way to stop it or learn more. I wish I knew more so I could help you, but all I can offer is support. We hope your system can find a way to manage the creatures and heal. Good luck to you all!!

I didn't understand what is this "damage" that the creature does.
As I see, it will be a big change to the system, not necessarily a bad one.

We know he is a middle aged business man.
He was only trying to integrate the system and hide himself so things are going to be very slow with him.

The damage was the the force he used and the fear he spread. But we hold no negativity towards him.
We are just trying to give the parts and him a better easier life.
