What I can recommend: I have rewritten nine step program to talk to alters. This works for communication but also to meet alters s needs. If she gets what she needs she may be less relcutant to go if that s what you want.

You should probably first work on establishing communication with your alter, try to talk to her, etc. Since it seems like you've already done that, you should then try to work out an ultimatum, like, what she wants, what you want.
