*trigger warning*
I wanted to ask if it's like this for others too.
When we ovulate or on our period, certain alters are a lot closer than otherwise. M is usually very close during both for instance, for us.
Has anyone else noticed this happening outside of trauma related reasons ?

Thank you

Glad to know we're not alone at least.

I'm obviously making people embarrassed
For those that are comfortable though: how are you affected by this?
I'm asking because I don't mean the trauma related switches that can occur.
No one should feel at all obligated to answer though

Hey lifelongthing,
Why do you think M is very close at those times? I can't say I've noticed a pattern to do with the DID. Though I get extremely suicidal. It is quite exhausting!

Hi Bourbon.
Good to hear from you

Oh wow, yes I can relate to that. Lin used to get like that. I hope you can heal in time so that you don't have to go through that every month.
We don't know why she's closer around that time actually. She doesn't seem triggered or anything like that but M (a ~7 year old cat/panther) is just always closer. She comes out to sleep, cuddle, eat etc. There's probably a reason (isn't there always) but not one we can see yet at least.

Perhaps M knows that some TLC is needed? Some gentle time to relax and be good to the body? Just a thought!
