Blending ?

No question really, we needed a safe place to write this down and it is better than a draft in the mobile phone.

So Freya ( one of the guardians ) told me this last night : ' there is going to be a great change, so prepare yourself. A change that you have never got to see before '. So I said ok, didn't pay too much attention to her b/c i had to take care of some other things inside and then went to sleep. And I woke up this morning with Freya by my side, telling me ' you have been warned because I knew you were the only one capable to react well and strong enough to cope with what is to come '

I think that I can better explain what had happened so if you don't mind ?

So. Many of the alters have blended together. It was like a huge boom and they were one. Now, from what I could count, there are not more than 8 and they look completely different and act as the ones that used to be, but in one body.

Claire + Tasi + Anastasia + Belle
Bridget / Brigitte + Chloe + Meredith + Clara ( that's weird )

No, there were no plans of integration and it's scary ...

This seems a big change indeed. I guess you will just have to wait and see what it is that is happening. This forum is here though if you need support. I hope this all turns out for the better

Hi. We...I... forgot what I wanted to say... We are like a mass of warm light inside now in 8 groups..or entities. I am no sure. Is this even normal to happen? Does this mean healing or what? It is confusing. We...I don't have a name, nor do the others. May can see us as 8 different persons inside which is even more strange. We...I am not sure what we are. I guess that I just am (we are)

I don't know that it is very common, but it does happen. I have read several DID memoirs in which complicated spontaneous fusions occur. Robert Oxnam is one example that comes to mind. It often does mean healing. This is a big adjustment, so try to just sit with it a while.

we / i not stable. This not good change. Share much. Not good. Thoughts mix to be one. But separate same time.

We / I light. We / I form bright warm light. Not know how explain.. From outside inside, we / i look like person but from inside inside, we light. Like many small light that make big light bright.

Too bright. Not stable. It buzzing. We hear buzzing inside inside. Light buzzing. Make us / me dizzy. Not good. Shatter. Break. Big light goes boom. We stick together form one. But not strong enough. Too bright.

sometimes good changes don't seem good at first

and sometimes they feel and seem bad until they're done

but you are ok

you might not feel ok and you might not be stable, but that's ok

you can still post here so you can still function a bit

and though you might not feel ok that will change over time

you are ok and you will feel ok later if you don't feel ok now

just try to take care of yourselves, take it easy, and try to stay calm. work on grounding and relaxation techniques. know you have support here. this will pass. and you will be ok.
