OCD can be affected by hormones but it can also be affected by stress. You're obviously very stressed lately so it's no wonder your OCD might be ramping up. Try to be thoughtful of the obsessions/compulsions though (ask yourself why, be cognizant that it is not an objective need etc).
Have you asked your teacher if she would be comfortable helping you get a test?
Thinking of you.

i didnt htink of asking her although i know she would do it if she ever had the chance. she thinks sabrina is getting it for me still.
and i know about the stress but its not that is being worse, its just being out of the ordinary and weird. because im acctually doing fairly well but its different things that ussually i dont even pay any attention to that have been making me do things off of just like instinct. lol
hard to explain.
not like frustrating or horrible but just wierd. the funny thing? it really is better than ussual....

Yeah we've had that happen sometimes.
Sometimes it's because I'm picking up on another alter's OCD, sometimes it's because my OCD is changing, something it is seemingly random.
I hope you get your answers.

Hi

Yeah the forum can be good for that

Do you have a journal you and your alters can communicate in? If you do, maybe explain what OCD is and ask if anyone has or knows someone who has it?

Best of luck.

Heh things tend to disappear with DID

I can't count how many times the SO and I have searched the entire apartment for weeks if not months for our hair brush - checking absolutely everywhere. Then poof, all of a sudden some day it's right on the desk. Guessing someone gave it back

Not sure who it is but probably a little who's hiding things heh

Hope your journaling works out
