Alter family

Hello everyone,

Are your alters in some family hierarchy or family tree (i dont know how I should call it, I'm very sorry) with moms, uncles, sisters, gandmothers, and the rest of those things. And if so, could you explain how yours looks? Would it be a good thing to start doing that in our system? I would love start one in my system.

I think you can implement it, and I think sometimes they are just made that way.

We have an orphanage in our system (which makes me feel uncomfortable about my childhood but anywho ) and some of the kids have been adopted over the years.

From they were made Jacob & Cassie have been twins/siblings. They are the adoptive parents of a little boy who's lived with them for a long time (years and years) and another boy *trigger* who died when I was very little who lives in the cemetery still. *end* They think of it as a long-distance adoption: that they're just waiting for him to "come home" eventually. The boys they adopted have been brothers from the start, as well.

Two of the babies consider themselves sisters.

One of the babies think of Lin as her mother and one of the kids in our system kinda thinks of her that way.

I think it's sweet. There's friendship and in a way we are a family no matter what

We don't have any sort of family going on in our system, but I think one of my alters would like to change that, *if you get my meaning*

ummm we kind-of do. Like us teens and kids call the adults "aunts", so to me, i have Aunt Linn, Aunt Lola, etc. Lola has daughters, the Gemini twins Gem&Minnie, who are sorta "astral kids" cause their dad is part of a multiple system we used to date, and Lola got pregnant inside...one of those weird multiple things probably. Ell is a family, too. But Ell is a family unto herself like we're not related to her, and she/her family are not related to us.

So it kinda breaks down like this:
Lola: married/divorced to Thyme, 2 kids - Gemma and Minnie (twin sisters).
Me, Cleo: neice of Lola, cousins with Gemini.
Linn: married inside to her elven husband (he never fronts and prefers inside life); her brother Demian is half-Ell (he was cast out of their ranks) and half fey. Linn is also sorta "married" to Ell in their weird bond way, but it's not marriage in a classic sense, just very very very deep, strong, piercing love and commitment (which created Moon somehow). She's also mother to Ellery.
Kitty: she's like me, and all the older ones are her "aunts" but she's not directly linked to any sort of "mother" person.

Then the Ell family is kinda like this, i think. i'm giving the outside perspective so i may beef it up and they'll fix it when they're out. It's more of a caste system then a family though there are family structures in ell.
Ell: the first, multiple, sorta related "by blood" or "by religion" to the rest of her system.
Magdella: high priestess, head of their religion/world.
Ellyn: Magdella's sister, married also to the system we used to date but she's also now divorced. She has one daughter, Rochelle, who will take over Mags role as high priestess when the time is right.
Arella: not related to Mags/Ellyn, but sister of Elsa.
Hellene: this isn't easy to put into words but she's also like the first Ell because she's connected in "blood and memory" to the entire Ell family. it's like her spirit is her own but also all of theirs at once, and she can talk to the dead ells, and all that. i heard Linn say Hellene was "mother of those dead spirits", and she lives in the underworld and sh*t, so i guess she has a ton of spirit-kids, but i wont go into listing them because frankly i have no idea who they are and also i think she's the only one who can probably see/hear them anyway. it is what it is.
Luella: Not formally related to the other Ells, but she is dating their "archangel" who lives in their woods, somehow she's tied to the kiddo named Damned but i have no clue how, its one of those unexplained things.
Ellery: orphan, taken care of by Linn and sorta adopted by her.

then most of the "kinder kin" or little kid Ells are not related to anybody, though Damned is related to Luella in some way, sisters maybe or maybe its a demon thing? there isn't a word for it exactly, and Moon is the byproduct of Linn and Magdella's love, which biologically isn't possible outside hahah but in multiple land i guess anything is. Cinderell's mom was there at some point, but she was sacrificed so. She's an orphan now. Linn is the surrogate mom figure for like, all the system kids and all the ell kids too.

think that about wraps it up.

London: I'm married to Gus and we have a daughter named Quinn. She's been on the littles' forum and she likes it there. She calls me Daddy Londy (Lon-dee) and she calls Gus Daddy Gussy. She's four and we did explain to her about our sexual orientation and she likes that she has two daddies. We adopted her from an adoption agency when she was 10 months old. She hasn't got any negative comments about her having gay dads, but if she did we would try to explain to her that some people are just mean, but there are more nice people that are nice to gay people.

Sophia: I'm Sophia and I am married to May. We also have a daughter like London. Her name is Elsie and she is three years old. I had Elsie with my ex who I married because I was uncomfortable with my sexual orientation. He is probably one of the most homophobic people I ever met so he doesn't really see Elsie because we know he will bully her about me being a lesbian. Other than that there aren't a lot of families in the system even though there are a lot of littles. The littles consider everyone their family because we all live in the same house so everyone is helping raise them. We all help the littles is they are scared of something, though we do have Alice and Lionel who are the therapists of the system who we have them visit if we need help lowering their anxiety because they are professionally trained to do that.

geez man. embarassing much? lol its fine tho. cant say shes not cute.

In my system we don't consider each family. But very close we all want the same goal happiness.
we have a heirachy system.
