Manager of the managers!?

Hello, it has been a while! Sorry sorry, busy times, hard times, annoying times, emotional times, and a lot more times....

But okay, let's skip the useless stuff :p resently we spotted a new alter (in one year we nearly tripled he amound of known alters.... From less than 15 to 38 already...). He is called Dante, full name Dante Queen, and first he seemed like a manager, just like Florette and Claire (although Claire is some kind of ISH too). But Dante acts different, he doesnt just manage the non-managers, he also seems to be managing the managers. He often helps Claire or Florette out if they need some help, and he acts like some sort of mentor to them.

Does anyone have any experience with those kind of alters? Is he just a manager or something else?

I did ask once, but his answers are all really weird... it was something like:
Me: "what is your job around here actually?"
Dante: "why? is a docter more important than a waste collector?"
Me: "No, but..."
Dante: "than why ask something that doesn't matter, I am Dante, so get to know me as Dante before you get to know me as the person who does a certain kind of job."
Me: "But..."
Dante: "Demi, stop, what I do is not important yet, just be patient. Anything else?"
Me: "no"
Dante: "okay, if you ever need help with your book, you can just ask me and I'll see what I can do."

There you go.

That doesnt make any sense to me... What is he?
