Paralysed trigger warning

when the subsystems were merging
we could not move or breath functioning was hard for about five minutes
it was strange I could hear voices see flashes of all these different alters most of them unknown to us as hosts I had to clench onto my friends hand to keep me on earth I've never felt it waves movement changes having a big system merging subsections took alot out of all of us it's been so quiet after that Even one of hades alters had a panic attack haveing knives and machetes for hands would have been hard to deal with so scary and strange to see but I must say the brain feels calmer We haven't felt head stressed since calm is strange but I can feel the change the outer reaches getting closer I'm kind of afraid of whats out there
