*Trigger Warning*

Luna and I both wish we could cut right now, but won't, as we promised not to. But we really wish we could and want to... And I was really suicidal last night too... We won't ever commit suicide, least not for real/on the outside, because we promised that too, (not only to others but to each other, Luna and I did), but last night I was so ready to just end it all and wished I could so bad...

*End Trigger Warning*

Maybe there are some changes going on that will make sense when the others come back? :)

I hope you all feel better soon.

We're trying to tell our SO every time we miss part of the conversation (because of switching, dissociation, just generally not being able to properly hear or understand what she's saying etc) but it makes us feel so embarrassed because it happens so so often

We could have stopped Owl from showing up and being hateful and silly and all 'fuq u'. We didn't, why?

She smashed the wine glass and cut our arm.

Why didn'twe stop her.

She's our hate, she's our hurt, we hate her and why do we let her. She's lingering about, we cannot move, do things, all seems overwhelming like when we were teenager.

Zoning out etc.

you cray attention seeker. bpd and stupid.

don't hate her. she might be your hate, and she might do things you don't like, but she's still a part of you, of the system, and she doesn't deserve to be hated. that just means you hate a part of yourself, and you should try to love yourself, all of yourself, and accept and understand all of yourself. all parts/alters/fragments deserve the same thing- to be loved, accepted, understood, and cared for. most alters/parts act out because they weren't loved, or weren't accepted, or weren't understood, or weren't cared for to begin with. you can show and teach them love, acceptance, understanding, and care, and you can help them to find healthier ways to cope with things, express themselves, and such.

*Triggers*

I'm a god damn fraud, I really am. I don't have anyone inside my head. It all started a few years ago when a friend of mine said she heard a voice in her head and (sick as it is) I decided I wanted one too. Pretty soon after that Eric came around. That's a pretty damn big coincidence.
I have a normal memory, I don't switch, I don't hear anything, I don't have an "inside world" I'm just impulsive and decided for whatever reason to give into it a bit more.
There's no way there could have been anything in my life traumatic enough to cause any more than "me" to happen. I'm just a confused 18-year-old that needs to get her $#%^ together.
Into every life a little rain must fall (no problem, be cool)

AliasForAFew: Like I tend to say, whether or not that's denial or the truth - you would still have big problems to behave the way you behave. And that means that no matter what I hope the best for you and want you to heal and to have a worthy life. Please stay here, we know what you're going through and we understand you here, no matter what you may think or what reasons you think you have.

Thinking of you and so it's said - we believe in you here, DID or not (but I do personally believe DID is right for you. It's not my place to say though) :) (safe hugs) if wanted.
