Here is one of my personal favorites (but not really ) that I forgot to mention- mixing up information amongst different people because a part of me thinks they are talking to someone else

When you're talking with someone but your voice changes at a point as the conversation progresses (probably because of a certain topic or other person joining?) and they just look at you like "...what?"

And how about when people start talking about DID and someone goes "oh like the movie Split?" or something and you just internally scream because... that's not really how it works...
