I did not mention a name, beyond my first post - which said it was probably you. There are a heck of a lot of She's in this group. And a She is in this group is all I have said beyond that first post, just guessing it was you.

As far as I know you are the only person who has ever had a problem with me linking to those community websites or even my personal blog when it was visible. I still don't get why, but you have not hid that you have a problem with it.

So are you saying you did not complain to any moderators about me linking to these sites in any manner? Just say the truth and all will know.

Guys, at this point I think the matter is settled. Everyone on the mod team is aware of the situation regarding the links so hopefully there will be no more misunderstandings. There really is nothing productive to be gained in about discussing it further. You are both well-respected members here and will remain so. Please let's all just move on.

I have had to remove the links from your signature. In the past, we had problems with people promoting particular sites (mostly related to mental health issues), but it turned into a schoolyard feud, so the big bosses basically declared that other groups' links were off-limits in sigs.

Here is the story that I see unfolding here. Tylas was informed by a site admin that site policy does not allow external links in signatures. Rather than respect site policy Tylas issued a challenge that either her links to her personal site stay or she leaves, while at the same time deflecting attention from her violation of site policy by publicly accusing another contributor of (1) campaigning against her and (2) going behind another admin's back.

I think both sides here are making assumptions that are not correct. I do agree that no one has gone behind anyone's back from my understanding of the situation.

Nevertheless, if you have personal disputes with each other the open forum is not the place to resolve them. Per site rules, these types of discussions should be undertaken through the private messaging system.

Wow. Yes, let's all be children here and continue this already-resolved issue. I understand it may not be resolved for Una+, but that's a personal issue between her and Tylas, and it does not belong here, it belongs in PM's.

Really? I'm a reasonable person, and I did not assume Tylas was accusing you again. You could believe I'm just saying that to defend Tylas, but I'm not. I honestly did not think Tylas was accusing you again. I thought that Tylas was simply bringing this issue to conclusion, and it should've been left at that conclusion in my eyes. Just because Tylas did not use proper uni-sex pronouns doesn't mean that everyone's going to think she's accusing you, Una+. I know I didn't; it's a big group, and the word "she" didn't really mean anything to me as that could still be a great number of people.

If Tylas is wrongly accusing you, just SAY IT. SAY THAT IT WASN'T YOU AND MOVE ON. Tylas has already apologized if she has wrongly accused you, saying "If you are innocent, then I am so sorry, Una", and all of her accusing posts have included non-absolute words such as "I assume", "I guess", "probably", etc. Nothing else can really be done, here. So if it truly wasn't you, Una+, then just say so, clear your name, and let's move on EVERYONE. Any views that people are expressing are directed at whoever actually did this; I haven't seen anyone following Tylas' guesses in accusing you, Una+. And again, this seems to be a personal issue between the both of you, which doesn't belong here, it belongs in PM's, so NEITHER of you (that includes, you, Tylas) should be replying to each other here.
