Oh yeah and today we actually have plans: we're meeting up with a friend (some of our's friend :P ) and seeing the perks of being a wallflower at the movies.. All the while Nin's SO is moving the last of her things into the apartment while we get to relax and do fun stuff  (for the record, we've helped with everything we can - just random stuff left she has to go through and sort herself) :P It's several of our's (not mine though) favourite book so watching the movie might be a huge let down but gotta try right  :P

You aren't alone. I don't do drugs and Gemini doesn't use either. Being honest here, I *would* if I could, but it ###$ up inside - and Lola's BF is in NA and AA sooo any/all substances aren't allowed near him. I mean hes at raves a lot so he can mange but linn doesnt want us to be more of a stressor. And I am so happy for that dorky guy for overcoming his own internal addictive demons that it's no biggie that I dont get to really really party hard anymore. Lol. He was on some mad juice so it takes a lot f courage to be clean and he's been good for over a year now. We have too lol. Music is my drug now I guess. Also hot cocoa. Mmmmm. Tasty.

Lemme know how the film is. The movie was made right by where we live. Would be funny to watch it for us cause we would be like "Hey look, it's the ft.Pitt tunnel; hey, that theatre doesn't do rocky horror showings, go two streets down !" haha. Looks good :) we wanna see it. Will watch when it's online. Book was really damn good. have a good time visiting your friend!!

The rave was so fun. Linn is pretty awesome at light shows too. Me not as much. I would probably take out someone's eye by accident. Eek. We got to dance with Lola's bf up on the platform. The music was damn loud and the bass was damn tasty and it was an awesome night. He took me and Linn out for hot cocoa and chai after (cocoa for me chai for linn). Lota neat kids at the rave but I miss the old rave scene, where it was about music and dance and fun and madness. Now people are bratty and like "what is this, I only like progressive house", or the crowds do that arm $#%^ and don't actually dance, or blokes complaining that the music isn't all f*cking Skillrex. It's a friggen rave you bet we are dancing!!! Let loose! Rah! But overall a good time for us.

Posting on behalf of Amanda,
She's been suffering from going into dazes quite a lot at the moment and feel a bit numb today. She feels a bit in shock from having to handle a lot of the 'work' of the system. She probably needs a good rest. She sends her well wishes and hopes to be back to chat sometime soon.

Hope Amanda feels better soon!

The movie was okay. It wasn't as quiet or subtle or calm as it should have been (I think). It was worth watching, but we won't be buying it. The book was gorgeously written with such a fragile tone to it, the movie did show a lot of that - but not nearly enough for me.

I'm 13. I think. I remember growing up and being 21. Two versions of it, actually. One's real, one's not. But I'm not 21 anymore. I think i'm 13 now. I feel 13, and 13 sounds right. :P

I guess there's a boyfriend?? I didn't know there was a boyfriend. Not my boyfriend. But he seems nice enough. He's old though! And kinda nerdy. Not like it's bad but he's just not really my type or whatever. I feel kinda bad though 'cause he's all awkwarded-out about it and is sleeping on the couch. :|

Hi 13!
Nice to meet you :D
I'm Amanda, I'm about 18, sometimes 17, bordering on 19.
What's it like being 13
Wow you have a boyfriend, that's very adultish.
Pity he's kinda nerdy.
I'm not sure i want a boyfriend,
I'm happy being me, just living with myself

Hey everyone, my name's Destiny and I'm fifteen. This is the first time I've talked to anyone besides the host, but I was told that I can help out by talking more. We actually just came up with this name too (we're having a lot of problems with names, I guess), so it's cool to be able to use it.

I have a lot of social anxiety and depression issues and I guess it sort of spills over because I've only just come into awareness or however that works... I'm still really confused by everything. Like, I should be in my bedroom, and I still can sort of see it, but I'm actually in a living room I don't really recognize right since my bedroom only exists in the past, I guess. It's pretty weird getting used to, but I think I'm getting it. It's actually more weird how quick I'm getting used to it, haha.

I'm glad there's this place to hang out in, too. I don't know if I could actually talk to anyone face-to-face, because I get scared really easily. There's some that say I'm pathetic for it, and other things, but I've been reading stuff around here with the host and you all make me feel better about the things I feel. Like, I'm not broken or crazy or something. I don't know, it's just really cool to not feel alone.

Normally I'm not this sappy, I swear! But I was told the reason I don't know about a lot of stuff that happened between the times I remember and now is because I couldn't talk about anything, so I should now to help out. It's really weird, but I guess I sort of get it. I like that talking can be helpful, too, instead of a bad thing. This is getting sort of repeaty, so I'm gonna stop here, haha. I could probably go on foooorever (it's like when you have to sit for a long time in a car and when you finally stand up, you never want to sit down again--I haven't talked in so long I just want to keep going!).
